The Heritage Festival Pageant took place Thursday in Osceola Theatre at Tiffin University. Brooke Hill, Attica resident and Seneca East High School student, was named queen; Tammy Sarber, Columbian High School, is the princess; and Noble Elementary student Juliaina Bogart is junior princess. The trio is to appear in the Heritage Festival parade Saturday. Myka Scott was the queen runner-up and Kirsten Egbert was the junior princess runner-up. Kim McLane was the pageant director for 2012.
