Music lovers should be able to find a variety of bands to entertain them during the Tiffin Seneca Heritage Festival. Plenty of local talent is to be featured downtown on the stage in Lot 7.
After the lantern launch at 9 p.m. Friday, Soul Pilot is to play 9:30 p.m.-1 a.m.

Root Cellar String Band is scheduled performers at Tiffin Seneca Heritage Festival.
Following Saturday's noon program for pageant winners, a full line-up of bands is to perform all day and into the night. They include: Heidelberg Jazz Band, 1 p.m.; Tiffin Washboard Band, 3 p.m.; Mike Risner, 4:30 p.m.; MARS, 6:30 p.m.; and Hot Lunch, 9:30 p.m.
Sunday, the music is to start at noon with Easy Listening. Honey Creek Preservation Jazz Band comes in at 1 p.m. and Brazin Bull wraps up the festival 4-5 p.m.
The Living History Village has two stages featuring traditional music from the U.S. and abroad.
Saturday, the main stage offers: Twisted Strands at 12:30 and 3:30 p.m.; Toraigh at 1:30 and 4:40 p.m.; and the Root Cellar String Band, 2:30 p.m.
The folk stage for Saturday has Doc Allen's Medicine Show at 12:30, 2:30 and 4:30 p.m. Heritage Minstrels are to play at 1:30 and 3:30 p.m.
Sunday, "Olde Tyme Church Services" are to be conducted at 9:30 a.m. on the main stage. Twisted Strands returns to the main stage at noon and 3 p.m., and Toraigh is at 1 and 4 p.m. The Root Cellar String Band is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
The folk stage Sunday is to have Doc Allen's Medicine Show at 12:30, 2:30 and 4:30 p.m.
Music is to be playing at many other downtown sites during the festival.
The Eagles, 68 Riverside Drive, has booked The Mongrels and The Rookie Militia to play Friday night. The public is invited to attend for a $2 cover charge. Rusty Vinyl is to play at 8 p.m. Saturday night at the Eagles.
At the Elks, 106 E. Perry St., Spoiled Rotten is to perform at 8 p.m. Friday. Xpando Band is to play at 8 p.m. Saturday.
The Knights of Columbus, 49 E. Perry St., will have MARS 8 p.m-midnight Friday. At 8 p.m. Saturday, the Semer Brothers are to open for Thunderstruck, who take to the stage 9 p.m.-midnight.
Across the street, the Bear's Den is offering karaoke 9 p.m.-2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
