Derik A. Kopp, 18, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead following an accident Monday afternoon in the 300 block of East Perry Street.
State Patrol
Rita Sullivan, 85, of Alvada, was cited with failure to control following a one-vehicle accident Monday afternoon on South CR 591. She was not injured.
A two vehicle accident was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 3000 block of East CR 50. No transports were made from the scene. Further details were not available Tuesday evening.
