Chris Harben, coordinator of Leadership Seneca County, resigned from the organization Tuesday.
"It's a shame that it happened," Harben said, adding he and the board had a "critical difference of opinion in the direction of the program."
Harben said Leadership Seneca County activities will continue under the direction of the board. He was unaware if Leadership Seneca County will seek a new coordinator to fill his position.
