Tiffin reports

A first-block South Monroe Street man reported Friday afternoon a propane tank was stolen off his grill.

A 200-block Ella Street resident reported Friday afternoon a shed was broken into.

A person reported Saturday morning a boy was caught going through mail in the 300 block of Benner Street.

County reports

A man requested deputies to a cabin at Leafy Oaks Campground, 6955 N. SR 101, early Saturday morning. A woman had yelled that she was thrown across the cabin.

A person reported Saturday afternoon someone tried to break into Bascom United Methodist Church, 5660 W. SR 18.

Tiffin accident

A citation of improper left turn was issued after a non-injury accident at Melissa and West Market streets Friday night.

County accident

A school bus side-swiped a car parked along East CR 36 Saturday afternoon.

Fostoria accidents

Melissa D. Knisely, 30, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance after an accident at South Union and West South streets Wednesday afternoon. The other driver, Brett MA Caudill, 25, of Fostoria, was taken to Fostoria Community Hospital.

Judith E. England, 54, of Fostoria, was cited with improper backing after an accident in the 100 block of West Crocker Street Wednesday evening.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to arcing and shorted electrical equipment at 179 Huss St. Friday night.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to an investigation in the area of Watson and Tiffin streets Friday afternoon. Nothing was found.

Firefighters were called to a downed power line at 137 W. Jackson St. Friday evening. They contacted American Electric Power.

Firefighters had a service call at 213 Main St. Saturday afternoon.

County fire

Kansas firefighters provided mutual aid in Wood County Friday evening.
