Put safety, well-being first

September 5, 2012
The Advertiser-Tribune

Hats off to Tiffin City Schools for their great ideas on our new bus transportation. Yes, this is sarcasm.

As a parent, I am concerned about the safety of all our children in the community! This new system is so unorganized and just a mess, something needs to be done right away. Children have been late to and from school every day so far. So overcrowded on the bus that they have to sit four to each seat and on the floor, from what I have heard.

Being a parent to a high school student, I have to find transportation to and from school for my child. This also is a major concern and inconvenient task for many families who live in our town. I wish instead of trying to save money, the school system would care about these kids' safety and well-being.
