Martha Ann Nau, 76, of TR 214, Fostoria, died Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012, at Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay.
She was born March 5, 1936, in Wayne, to Nye and Verna (Smith) Fowler. She married John C. Nau on May 11, 1957, in Bowling Green.
She is survived by her husband, John Nau, of Fostoria; three sons, Gary Nau of Fostoria, Thomas (Donita) Nau of Dublin, Ohio, and Kevin (Julie) Nau of New Carlisle; a daughter, Linda (Jim) Coffey of Toronto, Ohio; a brother, Frank Fowler of Oak Harbor; and six grandchildren, James Coffey and Michelle, Jacob, Joe, Haley and Lucas Nau.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A 1954 graduate of Wayne High School, she had been a homemaker and worked as a packer for United Van Lines. She was a member of West Independence United Methodist Church and Central Ohio Travel Club. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She also loved gardening, crocheting and wintering in Florida with John.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012, at West Independence United Methodist Church in West Independence, with the Rev. Steve Fisher and Lowell Reeder officiating. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday, Sept., 3, 2012, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria, and from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, West Independence.
