Londa L. Kopp, 38, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension and driving on the wrong side of the roadway Thursday evening.
A person reported Thursday night a smell of marijuana was coming from a vehicle in the 100 block of South Sandusky Street. A 17-year-old boy from Napoleon was charged with juvenile delinquency and underage possession/consumption, and Steven C. Behnfeldt, 18, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brett W. Mingus, 42, of Bellevue, was charged with fleeing and eluding a police officer Friday. He also was cited with speeding, violating traffic lanes, failure to yield right-of-way and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
A concession stand in the 7000 block of North TR 70 was reported broken into Friday morning.
