Martin L. Elrod, 30, of Oak Harbor, was cited with driving under suspension Wednesday night.
A caller in the 300 block of East Perry Street reported Wednesday night a man was cussing and kicking construction barrels.
A caller reported Thursday morning two men sitting on a porch in the 200 block of Gross Street were rolling and smoking something.
A window on a vehicle was reported to have been shattered Thursday morning in the first block of West Market Street.
County reports
Anthony C. Ward, 27, of Tiffin, was charged with forgery for an incident Aug. 22.
A first-block South CR 43 woman reported Wednesday evening she found her swing turned upside down when she arrived home. A shepherd's hook also was found bent.
A 22000-block East US 224 man reported early Thursday morning someone just took gasoline from behind his barn. The incident occurred in Hancock County, but the caller followed the person, who was driving a truck, into Seneca County with his vehicle. Deputies were unable to locate the truck.
A 3000-block North CR 33 man reported Thursday afternoon someone had been stealing his aluminum cans.

A 600-block Stinchcomb Drive woman reported Wednesday afternoon her son's bike had been stolen.
A 400-block College Avenue man reported Wednesday evening his neighbors have broken his porch light on multiple occasions.
A theft was reported Wednesday night at Kroger, 126 W. High St.
A gasoline drive-off was reported early Thursday morning at Circle K, 1245 N. Countyline St.
A 500-block West Fourth Street man reported Thursday morning someone stole checks and cashed more than $1,000.
A vehicle break-in was reported Thursday afternoon in the 700 block of Hart Avenue.
State Patrol
Larry Nye, 50, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle without reasonable control following a one-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon on CR 592. A State Highway Patrol spokeswoman said he had been eastbound on CR 592 when he went off the right side of the roadway into a ditch and struck a sign. His vehicle then rolled. Nye, who was wearing a seatbelt, was transported to Fostoria Community Hospital.
A vehicle struck a deer early Thursday morning on North CR 15. One person was transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital, according to reports from the Seneca County Sheriff's Office.

Firefighters were called to 458 Second Ave. Wednesday afternoon for a carbon monoxide incident.

Firefighters were called to the report of an open burn Wednesday afternoon in the 400 block of West Tiffin Street. Nothing was found.
