Barbara Belle Robenalt and Alvin Dewane Hess have announced their engagement and upcoming Oct. 13, 2012, wedding.
The bride-to-be, a 2008 Columbian High School graduate, is the daughter of Bruce Robenalt of Tiffin and Karen Robenalt of Mount Vernon.
The future groom, who graduated from high school in 2003, is the son of John and Vickie Hess of Tiffin. He is a highway worker for Seneca County Engineer Department.
