June C. Kidd, 90, of Fostoria, passed away Wednesday morning, Aug. 22, 2012, at Independence House, Fostoria.
She was born Feb. 4, 1922, in Fostoria, to Lloyd and Jessie (Rinebold) Myers. She married L. David Cramer in 1941 and he preceded her in death May 11, 1979. She then married Frankie A. Kidd in 1989, and he preceded her in death Oct. 21, 1992.
Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Diana (Richard) Gassman of Alvada and Sharon (Wayne) Goeman of Rochester, Mich.; a son, David (Ann) Cramer of Fostoria; a stepson, David (Kathy) Kidd of Fostoria; a stepdaughter, Mary Kay (Reynold "Rennie") Maier of Kansas; seven grandchildren, Heather Gassman, Amber (Pete) Bryan, Holly (Vince) Gatto, Kendra (Michael) Whitney, Lyndsay (Sean) Caldwell, Alex Cramer and Emily Cramer; five stepgrandchildren, Amy (Rick) Breidenbach, William (Ammie) Kidd, Sandy Kay, Phillip and Steven; four great-grandchildren; and 13 stepgreat-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Jewell Hemminger; a son, Roger L. Cramer; and a granddaughter, Hannah Cramer.
June was a 1939 Fostoria High School graduate and a member of Union United Church of Christ, Bascom, where she participated in women's fellowship and was a piano player. She also was a member of the Seneca County Farm Bureau. June enjoyed playing piano, flower gardening and cooking.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today, Aug. 24, 2012, at Mann-Hare-Hoening Funeral Home, 407 N. Countyline St., Fostoria.
Her funeral will begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Union United Church of Christ, Bascom. Committal services and burial will follow at Fountain Cemetery, Fostoria.
