FOSTORIA - The annual Latino Festival is set for noon-1 a.m. Saturday on Main Street in downtown Fostoria. Admission is free.
Festivities are to get under way with DJ Eddie Galan, followed by music from Eddie Molina 1-2 p.m. Mayor Eric Keckler is to speak at 2 p.m.
Vendors are to offer American and Mexican food as well as adult beverages.
Games of Chalupa (Mexican bingo) are to begin at 2:30. Cornhole, raffles and children's games and activities are planned. Ronald McDonald is to be in front of Your Kids Closet; a magic show is planned and pictures with the children is at 4 p.m.
D&D Amusements is to host family hours and specials 5:30-8:30 p.m.
A dance for students in grades 3-8 is to run 7-10 p.m. in the Hanson Building at Tiffin and Main streets. Admission is $4.
The festival music schedule is to include George Marroquin, 3-4 p.m.; DJ, 4-4:30; Vizion, 4:30-5:30; dancers from El Corazon de Mexico, 5:30-6:30; Harmonia Tejana, 6:30-7:30; DJ, 7:30-8; and a Detroit-based band, Bad Boys, 8 p.m.-close.
