Three Blue Jackets broke 80 to power New Riegel to a second place finish in the 16-team Seneca East Invitational Thursday at Clinton Heights.
Fremont St. Joe won the event posting a 316, led by medalist Connor Dudley, who fired a 69.
For New Riegel, Korey Williams led the way with a 75, Brady Hall followed with a 77, Andrew Hohman carded a 79 while Brandyn Reinhart and Lance Smith shot matching 89s as the Blue Jackets posted a team score of 321.
Van Buren took third with 324. Old Fort edged Bellevue for fourth, 336-337. The Stockaders were consistent across the board with Matt Huber leading the way win an 82. Matt Hill and Adam Alexander each shot 84 while Brad Heilman fired an 86.
Hopewell-Loudon (338) took sixth led by Bryce Gorrell, who finished two shots off the medalist pace with a 71. He was backed up by twin 84s from Jarid Gelinas and Aric Creeger.
Columbian (345), Carey (348), Calvert (350) and Buckeye Central (359) rounded out the top 10.

Columbian was led by Bryce Creamer's 77. Corblin Blair led Carey with a 75. Jeremy Hanna's 76 was tops for Calvert. Tanner Zaebst was the low-man for Buckeye Central with an 83.
Host Seneca East shot a team 362, led by Nate Phillips who had the third lowest score in the tournament with a 72.
Tigers' coach Gary Manasco was pleased though with the way his whole team has improved from two days prior.
"As a team, we're 20 strokes lower than we were either Monday or Tuesday," he said. "We had a good practice on Wednesday and the kids put some of that practice to work in the match. I'm very pleased with them."
Manasco also mentioned the great shape the course was in, due in part to the Clinton Heights staff who helped organize the tournament.
Lakota (367), Mohawk (369), Riverdale (386), Elmwood (388) and Fostoria (432) rounded out the team scores.
Makayla Dull, who finished 10th at state last year in the girls Division II meet, led the Raiders with an 81. Braydon Dunlap's 86 was tops for Mohawk. Fostoria was led by Collin Bernak-Dann with a 98.
