Joshua A. Frenzel, 25, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension, hit-skip, disregarding safety, violating one-way traffic, driving on a closed road and failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead Saturday.
Rogelio Esquivel, 31, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of marijuana Saturday. He also was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and violating traffic lanes.
Jason J. Livesay, 40, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, fictitious registration and a turn signal violation Sunday.
Rick A. Walter, 39, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and hit-skip Sunday.
Brittany M. Shupp, 23, of Fostoria, was charged with dog-at-large Monday.
