Vincent and Laverne Fox celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary with a Mass of thanksgiving Aug. 11, 2012, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, New Riegel, and a family dinner today, Aug. 12.
They were married Aug. 12, 1944, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Frenchtown, by the Rev. Joseph P. Brobst.
Vincent, the son of the late Nicholas and Mary Fox, is retired from Fletchter Packing, Fostoria.

Laverne, the daughter of the late George and Genevieve Shultz, is retired from New Riegel Cafe.
They have three children, Janice (Richard) Reinhart of Alvada, Marilyn (Harold) Kinn of Tiffin and Robert (Janice) Fox of New Riegel. Six grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren complete their family.
