Richard and Ruth Kagy will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with their family at Baker's Pizza Place, Bucyrus. They were married Aug. 12, 1962, at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, New Washington, by the Rev. Lewis Nicol.
Ruth is the daughter of the late William and Marie Schanzenbach. She worked as a registered nurse at Bucyrus Hospital and retired from Bloomville Nursing Home.
Dick, the son of the late John and Margaret Kagy, retired from Timken Corp., Bucyrus, after 35 years, and recently from farming.
