Tara Lynn Howard and Scott Thomas Parker, both of Findlay, have announced their engagement and approaching Aug. 18, 2012, wedding at Sycamore United Church of Christ.
The bride, the daughter of Kay Howard of Sycamore and Tim Howard of Findlay, is a sales specialist at DTR Industries, Bluffton. She graduated in 2002 from Mohawk High School and earned a bachelor's degree in business marketing from Bowling Green State University and a master's degree in business administration from Tiffin University.
The groom is the son of Gary and Susan Parker of McCutchenville. He graduated in 2000 from Mohawk High School. He earned a bachelor's degree in agribusiness from The Ohio State University and a master's degree in business administration from Bluffton University. He is a financial service officer at Farm Credit Mid-America, Delphos.
