John and Carol Decker celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a family gathering at their daughter's home.
John, the son of Frederick and Elizabeth Decker of Tiffin, and Carol, the daughter of Beverly Kraft of Tiffin and the late Edward Kraft, are employed at Deckers Furniture.
They were married July 29, 1972, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Tiffin.

They have three daughters, Erika (Jason) Tonne of Cincinnati and Krista (Steve) Kanter and Brianna (Chris) Lee, both of Tiffin, and seven grandchildren.
