Jaime Bard and Tyler Mesnard, both of Bloomville, announce their engagement and Oct. 27, 2012, wedding.
Jaime is the daughter of James Bard and Dave and Debbie Bramel, all of Sandusky. She is a 1999 graduate of Bellevue High School and received a bachelor's degree in 2003 and a master's degree in 2006 from The Ohio State University. She is a group supervisor at WIL Research, Ashland.
Tyler is the son of Randy Mesnard of Marysville and Susie Mesnard of Bloomville. He is a 2002 graduate of Columbian High School. He is a heavy equipment operator for Beck Suppliers, Attica.
