Edward A. Logan ll places samples of watercress and cilantro soup garnished with a sweet mint cream and red beet gastrique for people to taste test during the Summer Harvest Gourmet Gala at St. Francis Saturday. The event was a benefit for the Franciscan Earth Literacy Center.
