Agnes Lydia Park, 92, of Tiffin, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012, at Good Shepherd Home, Fostoria.
Her funeral is 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12, 2012, at Good Shepherd Home, Fostoria with the Rev. Jan Kucera and Chaplain Jim Samson officiating. Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Visitation is 1-3 p.m. Sunday at GooD Shepherd.
Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Home, Community Hospice Care or Bascom United Methodist Church.
