A 200-block Franklin Street caller reported Thursday morning a woman who was acting confused was wandering around her yard. Police were unable to locate the woman.

Joseph E. Jividen, 23, of Fostoria, was charged with theft July 31.
Alfonzo G. Young, 31, of Fostoria, was charged with assault Tuesday.
Rocky E. Swartz, 41, of Fostoria, was charged with theft and disorderly conduct Wednesday.
A 300-block North Town Street person reported Wednesday night someone broke in and stole items.
A 200-block South Poplar Street woman reported Wednesday night someone stole items off of her porch.
A break-in was reported Thursday morning in the 700 block of North Poplar Street.
A property in the 600 block of Maple Street was reported broken into Thursday afternoon. Copper wire was taken.
County accident
William P. Lutz, 66, of Tiffin, was cited with a stop sign violation following an accident Wednesday afternoon on East CR 50 at South CR 15. A passenger in the other vehicle involved, Ashley R. Anderson, 20, of Tiffin, was transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital.
Fostoria fire
Firefighters were called to 300 Court Place Thursday afternoon for an automatic alarm. The call was canceled.
County fire
Bascom firefighters were called to North TR 109 Wednesday afternoon for a single vehicle accident.
Clinton firefighters were called to CR 50 Wednesday evening for a brush fire.
Bascom firefighters were called to CR 18 and TR 59 Wednesday night for a non-injury accident.
