A domestic violence charge filed against a Seneca County correctional officer has been dismissed in the Woodville division of the Sandusky County Court.
The charge, which was filed against Kristopher Stafford, 28, March 17, was dismissed Thursday with consent of the victim, according to court documents.
Stacy Bruey, Stafford's ex-girlfriend, had filed charges of domestic violence after an incident March 17 and a civil protection order was then issued Mar. 21.
Court costs and fines also were suspended Thursday, according to court documents.
