A three-vehicle accident Monday morning sent one person to the hospital.
Seneca County Sheriff's deputy Denny Wilkinson said Keith Stephens, 46, of Fairfield, had been northbound on SR 4 when an eastbound vehicle on SR 162 driven by Brady J. Risner, 28, of Carey, pulled out into the intersection after he failed to yield at the stop sign.
Stephens tried to avoid striking Risner's vehicle and struck a CSX utility truck driven by John L. Hecker of Bellevue. His age was unavailable.
