A son, Calen John Riedel, was born Monday, July 16, 2012, to Rick and Sara Riedel of Bucyrus. Calen weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces, and measured 19 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are John and Paula Oates of Upper Sandusky. Paternal grandparents are Richard and Maria Ridel of Tiffin and Janet Hobbs of Monroe, Ga.
