Sheriff’s office to increase patrols

July 26, 2012
The Advertiser-Tribune

The Seneca County Sheriff's Office will be conducting high visibility-overtime enforcement beginning Wednesday and running through Sept. 3.

According to a release from the sheriff's office, deputies from the sheriff's office will be participating in "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over," a national alcohol mobilization campaign.

The goal of the overtime traffic enforcement is to reduce the number of speed and alcohol related accidents on Seneca County roadways. It is funded by a grant issued through the Ohio Traffic Safety Office.
