A caller in the 800 block of Miami Street reported Friday evening items had been set out of a tenant's apartment, and other tenants were going through them.

Graffiti-covered and spray painted signs and traffic control boxes were reported Friday night in the 200 block of South Washington Street, at Jefferson and East Perry streets, and at Main and South Washington streets.

A caller from Heidelberg University security reported Friday night someone on a BMX bike was doing tricks and riding rails on campus.

Unwanted phone calls were reported Friday night in the 300 block of Water Street.

Harassing phone calls were reported Friday night in the 100 block of Schonhardt Street.

A caller in the 200 block of North Sandusky Street reported early Saturday morning a clerk was being harassed by a customer.

A shooting flare was reported early Saturday morning in the vicinity of Maple Street.

Lynelle Rife, 37, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence and a weaving course violation early Saturday morning.

Kevin Moses, 41, of Cincinnati, was charged early Saturday morning with drug possession/abuse and disorderly conduct.

A first-block Mohawk Street caller reported Saturday morning her son took out student loans in her name.

Nicole Henning, 21, of Tiffin, was charged Saturday morning with disorderly conduct.

County report

A person was at the station Friday evening to report the neighbor's dog attacked their dog.

A woman was at the station Friday afternoon to request a restraining order.

A stolen purse was reported Friday evening at East South and South. Main streets.

A person was at the station Friday evening to report an attempted scam.

A woman at the station Friday evening was worried someone might take items from her residence.

A 400-block Stadium Drive caller reported Friday evening someone stole a park bench from his house.

A disturbance was reported Friday evening at the festival. The complaint was unfounded, according to the police report.

A caller from Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren, reported Friday evening an assault victim was at the emergency room.

A 100-block West 4th Street caller reported Friday night a theft while at the park.

An officer was requested Friday night for a custody

dispute.

A fight was reported Friday night at West Center Street and North Main.

Charges were pending early Saturday morning after suspected crack cocaine was found in a vehicle at South Main Street and Taft Boulevard. According to the report, a substance had been hidden between seats by a passenger, and tampering with evidence and possession of crack cocaine charges were to be filed pending test results on the substance.

Fostoria accident

A car versus semi truck accident occurred Friday night at Perry Street and North Main Street. No report was filed because no damage was found.

State Patrol

A 19-year-old Gahanna man was cited with operating without reasonable control after an accident early Saturday morning on SR 4 in Reed Township.

A spokesperson for the State Highway Patrol said Nathaniel Soloman of Gahanna was travelling southwest on SR 4 when he fell asleep behind the wheel, went off the road, and struck a ditch. Soloman and four passengers in the vehicle were not hurt, she said.

An accident was reported early Saturday morning on SR 53. Details were not available Saturday afternoon.

AVR firefighters responded to an accident early Saturday morning on SR 4.

Old Fort firefighters responded to an accident early Saturday morning on SR 53.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters responded to a possible garage fire Saturday afternoon. When they arrived at the scene, moderate smoke was found in the garage, which had been caused by an electric malfunction in a box fan. The fan was removed from the building and the smoke was cleared, according to the report.

Jacqueline R. Elliott, 1209 C Peeler Drive, pleaded no contest to assault, six days jail, one-year community control, no contact with victim prior to 7-5-13, jail days to be served on house arrest (electronic monitoring), $387.

Cody D. Dorsey, 216 E. Jones St., pleaded guilty to expired tags, $120.

Shannon L. Parker, 1037 N. Main St., pleaded no contest to personal disorderly conduct, 30 days jail, one day credit, may consider early release upon treatment plan being proposed, $355.

Dixie L. Robinson, 427 Stadium Drive, pleaded no contest to theft, 30 days jail, 25 days suspended on condition no criminal conduct for one year, five days credit upon completion of 50 hours community service, $362.

Jordan L. Powell, 261 E. Crocker St., pleaded guilty to speed, $140.
