Donnie Franklin, 69, of Tiffin, died at 4:30 p.m. Monday, July 16, 2012, at St. Luke's Hospital, Maumee.
Donnie was born Dec. 2, 1942, in Whitesburg, Ky., to the late John and Beatrice (Halcomb) Franklin. He married Jacqueline (Robenalt) Oct. 2, 1964, in Tiffin, and she survives in Tiffin.
Donnie is survived by four brothers, Cleatis Franklin of Tiffin, Wendell Franklin of New Riegel, Billy Franklin of Tiffin and Randy Franklin of Bellevue; and two sisters, Pat (Ernst) Bland and Brenda (Andy) Cardenas, both of Tiffin.
Donnie worked as an electrician and was a graduate of Columbian High School.
There will be no services at this time. Engle-Shook Funeral Home and Crematory, 135 N. Washington St., Tiffin, is assisting the family with arrangements.
