State Patrol accident
Cody A. Cook, 17, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to yield right of way after an accident at SR 53 and CR 38 Saturday evening. He was taken by Tiffin EMS to Mercy Tiffin Hospital. The other driver, Victoria G. Woods, 16, of Carey, was taken by Green Springs EMS to Mercy Tiffin Hospital.
