Tiffin reports

Karen J. House, 54, of Tiffin, was charged with menacing Tuesday.

A bicycle was reported stolen Wednesday afternoon from the first block of Jefferson Street.

A caller from Circle K, 806 W. Market St., reported Wednesday afternoon a customer in a motorized scooter struck a window and damaged it.

A person went to the station Wednesday afternoon to report a sign in the 100 block of East Market Street had been spray painted.

A 100-block Mohawk Street caller reported Wednesday afternoon checks had been stolen from a vehicle.

A caller from Kroger, 790 W. Market St., reported Wednesday night a handicap cart was stolen. The juveniles who stole the cart went back into the store and police contacted their parents.

The emergency room reported Wednesday night they were treating a 1-year-old boy who had been hit by a car in Fremont. Lt. Michelle Craig of the Tiffin Police Department said the boy, who is from Tiffin, had been bumped by a vehicle that was backing up and his parents took him to the emergency room to be checked.

A theft from a vehicle was reported Thursday morning in the 100 block of East Perry Street.

County reports

A caller in the 6000 block of West CR 6 reported Wednesday night kids were pulling down their pants as vehicles drove by.

The theft of a generator and a car jack was reported Thursday afternoon in the 10000 block of West TR 41.

Fostoria reports

A 1200-block Peeler Drive woman reported Wednesday evening her purse was stolen from her house.

A 1200-block Peeler Drive woman reported Wednesday night she arrived home and saw someone looking in her window.

A 900-block North Vine Street woman reported Thursday morning a doctor's office had been broken into.

County fire

McCutchenville firefighters were called to South SR 53 Wednesday night for a ditch fire.

Old Fort firefighters were called to North SR 53 Thursday afternoon for a grass fire.
