Sarah Ann Thomas and Timothy John Borgmann, both of Washington, Mo., have announced their engagement and upcoming Oct. 13, 2012, wedding.
The bride-elect, the daughter of Mark Thomas of Tiffin and Ann Thomas-Smith of Wentzville, Mo., graduated from University of Phoenix with a bachelor's degree in business management. She is a store manager for Walmart Stores Inc.
Timothy is the son of John and Gwen Borgmann of Washington, Mo. He graduated from East Central College with an associate's degree in fire technology. He is an engineer/firefighter/EMT for Boles Fire Protection District.
