Emily Christine Cleveland and Joshua Edward Perkins, both of Bloomville, announce their engagement and July 28, 2012, wedding.
The bride, the daughter of Jeff Cleveland and Liz Marks, both of Tiffin, graduated in 2007 from Old Fort High School. She received a bachelor's degree in early childhood education in 2011 from Heidelberg University. She is a preschool teacher at Head Start.
The groom is the son of Bob and Lee Perkins of Bloomville. He graduated in 2006 from Columbian High School and is a bridge worker with the Senece County Engineers.
