Tiffin reports

Tara N. Shoemaker, 35, of Tiffin, was charged with a barking dog violation Tuesday.

A first-block Morningside Drive woman reported Tuesday evening her house had been broken into and a TV, Playstation 3 and other items were taken.

A shoplifter was reported Tuesday evening at CVS Pharmacy, 733 W. Market St.

The theft of a bicycle was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 100 block of Coe Street.

A person went to the station Tuesday evening to report the theft of a wallet.

A woman reported Tuesday night her 6-year-old stole beef jerky. She requested an officer meet them at the store when they returned it.

A property in the 200 block of South Washington Street was reported spray-painted Tuesday night.

A 100-block South Monroe Street woman reported Tuesday night her fence had been spray-painted.

A 200-block East Market Street caller reported Wednesday morning a burglary occurred overnight. A TV and jewelry were taken.

A concession stand in the 400 block of Coe Street was reported broken into Wednesday morning.

Fostoria reports

A woman went to the station Tuesday evening to report her car was broken into.

A 400-block West Crocker Street woman reported Tuesday night she heard people run up on her porch and set off her car alarm. Police were unable to locate anyone.

A marijuana pipe and two bags of marijuana were found during a traffic stop Tuesday night at South Union and West Tiffin streets.

A 700-block Sandusky Street man reported early Wednesday morning his neighbor assaulted him.

A 400-block West Crocker Street caller reported Wednesday afternoon they received death threats from a man. The caller was advised how to obtain a protection order.

A caller in the 1200 block of South Union Street requested to speak to an officer Wednesday afternoon about a man who urinated in public.

County reports

A theft from an unlocked vehicle was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 5000 block of West Tiffin Street.

A break-in was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 3000 block of West SR 12.

A caller reported early Wednesday morning kids tried to steal a pig from in front of New Riegel Cafe, 14 N. Perry St. The caller said one person ran. According to reports from the Seneca County Sheriff's Office, charges are pending.

State Patrol

A one-vehicle accident was reported Wednesday morning on East SR 162. According to reports from the Seneca County Sheriff's Office, minor injuries were reported and at least one person was transported to Mercy Willard Hospital. Further details were not available Wednesday evening.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to 2444 W. Market St. Tuesday afternoon for a gasoline spill.

Firefighters were called to 45 St. Lawrence Drive Wednesday morning for a smoke detector activation due to a malfunction.

County fire

Attica-Venice-Reed firefighters were called to East SR 162 Wednesday morning for an accident.
