FREMONT - Ottawa-Sandusky-Seneca Solid Waste District board of directors are planning a special meeting at 1:30 p.m. July 17 to select a recycling contractor and conduct regular business of the board.
The board meets at its offices, 1875 E. State St., Fremont.
