A 5-year-old girl was treated for abrasions and scrapes after an ATV accident Wednesday night on North CR 27. A 12-year-old girl had been operating the ATV and the pair had jumped off prior to an approaching turn.

Firefighters were called to 50 Sycamore Woods Lane Wednesday afternoon for a natural vegetation fire.

Firefighters were called to 78 Main St. Wednesday night for the report of a building fire. A spokesman from Tiffin Fire and Rescue said a small fire had ignited around a light fixture in the attic. Minor damage was reported.
