Henry J. "Hank" Swart Jr., 66, of Bellevue, died Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at The Bellevue Hospital.
He was born April 16, 1946, in Montgomery Ala., to Henry and Fannie Lou (Pouncey) Sr.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include his three daughters, Alison Jackson of Norwalk, Amanda Swart of Sandusky and Carolyn Swart of New York; two grandchildren; two brothers, Arthur Swart of Sandusky and William Swart of Schenectady, N.Y.; a sister, Fannie Cooper of Pattersonville, N.Y.; his lifelong companion, Donna Green of Bellevue; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his twin brother, Harry James Swart; and a grandson.
There will be no visitation, and a private family service will be observed.
Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue, is handling arrangements.
