A Bloomville woman arrested in April following a high-speed chase was sentenced to 24 months in prison this week after she pleaded guilty to multiple charges.
Mary Jane Orona, 42, appeared in court Wednesday, where she changed her plea of not guilty by reason of insanity to guilty on charges of failure to comply with an order of a police officer, two counts of theft from an elderly person and two counts of forgery, according to court documents.
Orona was arrested after she led law enforcement on a chase after a Seneca County deputy attempted to serve an arrest warrant on her March 14.
