LITTLE LEAGUE FOOTBALL: The Tiffin Little League Football Golf Scramble is at 8 a.m. at Clinton Heights July 14. It is $50 per person, which includes golf, a cart, a T-shirt and more. There will be a sports memorabilia auction after golf.
n The first draft for the league will be at 10 a.m. July 7 at Hedges-Boyer Park. The second draft is at 10 a.m. July 28, also at Hedges-Boyer Park. The league is open to players and cheerleaders, grades 4-7 in Seneca County.

FOOTBALL OFFICIATING CLASS: The Tiffin Football Officials Association is sponsoring a class for individuals to become OHSAA certified. The classes begin July 16 and consists of 20 hours of classroom instruction and four hours of on-the-field training. Applicants must then pass a rules test and a mechanics test. GOLF: Steve Holman's 37 took the low gross for the men and Rita Baker's 45 did so for the women in the Green Hills Tuesday Couples League. Jim Ditz fired a 33 for the men's low net, while the women's low net was shared by Pat McDonald and Kim Holman, who shot a 35.
n Ed Lutz, Bob Hammer, Pat McCarthy and Dave Seislove shot an 8-under to win the Senior League at Clinton Heights. Prize holes went to Crag Neifer (long putt No. 18), Gary Hohman (closest in one No. 11), Gary Ruehle (closest in two No. 13) and Ralph Williams (closest in three No. 17).
n The Wednesday League at Clinton Heights will play on Tuesday this week, due to the Fourth of July.
n Billy and Joey Diehm lead the early flight in the Reineke League at Clinton Heights with eight points. Prize holes went to Billy Diehm long drive No. 1), Jerry Lescallet (long putt No. 3), Dave Snyder (closest to pin No. 5), Gary Lescallet (closest in two No. 7) and Ron Kern (closest in three No. 9).

Quentin Bauer homered and Braden Brown belted a double and single as Eagles beat K of C 11-1 June 27. Kyler Krupp doubled and singled, Drew Koerper tripled and Trevor Fox singled for Eagles. K of C got two singles from Graydon Bunting and one from Alden Bodak.
n Rotary scratched out a run in the bottom of the seventh June 27 in a 5-4 win over H & H Environmental. Park Hemminger tripled twice for Rotary, Todd Simonds homered and singled and Cain Lachman tripled and singled. Cooper Gilliland and Matt Sharpe each singled twice. Nick Burns doubled for H & H, and Jacob Charlton, Ben Dryfuse and Gabe Reyes each singled.
