The Jazz Ambassadors will continue its long history of presenting free public performances when it appears as part of the 61st Riverside Summer Concert Series at Riverside Park's Allen P. Dudley Band Shell.
As the premier touring jazz ensemble for the U.S. Army, the Jazz Ambassadors travel thousands of miles each year keeping the will of the American people behind the members of the armed forces and supporting diplomatic efforts around the world. Since its formation in 1969, the band has appeared in all 50 states throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
