A caller from Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren St., reported Tuesday afternoon a person was being treated following a fight. The person didn't want to pursue charges.
A caller reported Tuesday night several juveniles were smoking marijuana in the hallways of Portage View Apartments, 1231 Perrysburg Road.
A person reported early Wednesday morning they were assaulted in the area of Spruce and East Jackson streets.
A man went to the station early Wednesday morning to report he sold his dog to a man a few days ago and the man sent him text messages stating he killed the dog.
A vehicle in the 300 block of Columbus Avenue was reported broken into Wednesday morning.
A 100-block East Fourth Street woman reported Wednesday morning her house had been burglarized overnight.
A woman went to the station Wednesday afternoon to report someone returned property to her that she didn't know was missing.

State Patrol
A semi truck went off the roadway and overturned Wednesday afternoon on CR 51. The driver of the semi, who was able to exit the semi before first responders arrived at the scene, was transported to Fremont Memorial Hospital by Green Springs EMS. According to information from the Seneca County Sheriff's Office, the truck's product load was unloaded.
