The alley behind 230 S. Washington St. is to be closed from 8:30 a.m. to noon today for the removal of a bell at the top of the United Methodist Church.
Starting today through Aug. 24, Greenfield Street is to be closed between Market Street and Hedges Street for construction of the Greenfield project. Detour signs are to be in place to redirect traffic.
