Willie and Jeannie Garcia celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary June 3, 2012, with a celebration hosted by Al and Lori Barchus, Terri Kingseed, Cindy Swartz and Pat Frish.
They were married June 2, 1962, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Tiffin, with the Rev. George Koerber officiating.
Willie is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Armado Garcia. Jeannie is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Kingseed.

They have two children, Laura Ann (Alan) Barchus of New Riegel and the late Paul Albert Garcia. Seven grandchildren, one deceased grandchild and two great-grandchildren complete the family.
