GOLF: In the Reineke Early Flight on Wednesday night at Clinton Heights, Don Kin and Don Hammer won the first half with 61 1/2 points. Prize holes went to Dave Hill (closest to the pin No. 11, long putt No. 15), Billy Diehm (long drive No. 13), Gary Burns (closest in three No. 17) and Joe Worland (closest in two No. 18).
n Don Kin, Bob Teach, Bing Fowler and Wes Fergerson shot 7-under for first in the Senior League at Clinton Heights. Long putt on No. 18 went to John Powell. Fowler took closest to pin in one on No. 11. Closest to pin in two on No. 15 went to Gary Kroeger. Closest to pin in three on No. 17 went to Craig Neifer.
YOUTH?FOOTBALL: Tiffin Columbian will be holding it's annual youth football camp for any student entering grades 4-8 on July 24-26. The camp is from 9-11:30 a.m. at Frost-Kalnow Stadium. Registration forms are available online at tiffin.k12.oh.us in the athletics folder. Cost of the camp is $30 and includes a T-Shirt. BASEBALL: Gray's scored eight runs in the top of the first inning against Uitto Baseball in Tiffin Men's League action, but Uitto's came back to win 11-10 in the bottom of the seventh. Mark Gamby was the winning pitcher in relief, giving up two runs on seven hits and striking out eight. One of the biggest blows for Uitto was a game-tying grand slam by Brooks Hall in the bottom of the sixth. After Gamby wiggled out of a bases-loaded, one-out jam in the top of the seventh, Dereck Uitto singled home Cy Strahm with the winning run in the bottom of the inning. Gamby also homered while Derek Shafer, Garrett Krause, Dereck Uitto, and Nick Williams all added two hits.

Elks defeated H & H Environmental on Wednesday, 11-1. Dylan Hurst hit a homer for the winning team and Logan Shatzinger singled and doubled. Greg Gase and Shelby Fitch each singled. Josh Dentinger tripled for H & H.
n Cody Craig slammed a home run for Bair Bros, which defeated Eagles 7-3 on Wednesday. Donnie Magill singled twice, Blake Steinmetz singled and doubled, Alex Kelbley doubled, and Tyler Eisenhower tripled for Bair Bros. Toby Ramsdell singled for Eagles. Kyler Krupp and Trevor Fox each doubled.
n Bair Bros beat Rotary, 10-4, on Thursday. Rico Lopez and Blake Steinmetz each singled, Austin Harp singled twice, Devin Runion doubled, and Cody Craig had a triple. Tyler Eisenhower singled, doubled and hit a home run. Donnie Magill also slammed a homer and tripled for Bair Bros. Cain Lachner singled, Jayce Kidwell singled twice, and Todd Simonds tripled for Rotary.
n K of C shut out Marco's 10-0 Thursday. Karter Reinbolt, Browning Riley, Luke Brickner and Graydon Bunting each had a single for the winners. Kaden Scherger singled twice, Alden Bodak singled and doubled, Matt Klepper doubled, and J.J. Dull had a triple. Jackson Pate singled for Marco's.
