Chris Wagner, a Special Olympian from Seneca County Opportunity Center, carries a torch during the law enforcement torch run for Special Olympics at the center Thursday morning. The leg also included a visit to Tiffin Developmental Center. The final leg is to bring a flame into Ohio State University's Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium during tonight's opening ceremony for Special Olympics. Nearly 2,500 Special Olympians are to compete in this weekend's events in Columbus. Six athletes from Tiffin Developmental Center are to compete in bowling. Seneca County Opportunity Center is to be represented by 19 athletes, including five in track, six in bocce and eight in volleyball.
