Jettie Nycum, 75, of Clyde, died Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at her home.
Mrs. Nycum was born Aug. 18, 1936, in Kentucky, to Emmett and Dora (Blankenship) Lester. She married Delbert Nycum Sept. 10, 1954, and he preceded her in death Nov. 4, 2009.
She is survived by two daughters, Debb Nycum of Clyde and Cindi Wendler of Bettsville; three grandchildren; and a stepgrandson.
She also was preceded in death by her parents and three siblings, Roland Lester, Ivory Lester and Johnnie Lester.
Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 S. Main St., Clyde.
Her funeral is 2 p.m. Friday at Harvest Baptist Temple, Clyde, with the Rev. James Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Clyde.
