Tiffin reports

Haley M. Martin, 24, of Oak Hill, was charged with theft and theft by deception Sunday.

Benjamin J. Prewitt, 24, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

A shoplifter was reported at Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, Monday afternoon. According to the report, Timothy M. Gwiner, 24, of New Riegel, was charged with theft.

A caller from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported Monday afternoon a woman was trying to return a possible stolen item. A woman was arrested and transported to the Seneca County Jail.

A caller from McGowan's Tavern, 255 N. Washington, reported Monday afternoon four rims and tires were taken from the rear of the property.

A man reported Monday evening he was approached by a man in the 400 block of North Sandusky Street who said he had a female in his trunk. Police located the vehicle, searched the trunk and found a picture of a woman. He was told to be careful what he said to people.

A man went to the station Monday night to report the theft of his TV.

A caller in the area of North Washington and Roller streets reported Monday night a woman was yelling at people and running into walls. The woman, who was a man wearing a wig, ran from police and was later located under a trailer. The man was given a warning.

A first-block Liberty Street woman reported Tuesday morning someone took loose change from her van sometime on Sunday or Monday.

County reports

David O. Easterday, 47, of Attica, was charged with a tattooing or body piercing services prohibition violation and a consent required to perform a procedure on a minor violation for an incident June 9.

Brian K. Zirger, 44, of New Riegel, was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident June 10.

An 8000-block East CR 24 man reported Monday evening he saw someone run away from his vehicle. He also reported finding a small flashlight.

A 3000-block West TR 158 caller reported Monday night someone entered the residence through a basement window.

A scam was reported Tuesday morning in the 3000 block of East SR 18.

A 100-block West Crestview Drive man reported Tuesday morning he heard an explosion earlier in the morning and later found a type of bottle bomb.

A barricade was reported stolen from West CR 6 Tuesday morning.

Fostoria reports

A 100-block East Clark woman reported Monday evening a woman who had been in a physical altercation was at her residence. Charges are pending.

A 400-block West Lytle Street person reported a stolen bicycle Monday night.

A 600-block West Fremont Street caller reported early Tuesday morning juveniles threw an explosive device into the roadway.

An 800-block Woodward Avenue woman reported early Tuesday morning her vehicle had been damaged.

A caller reported Tuesday morning kids were throwing rocks at trailers behind St. Wendelin High School, 533 N. Countyline St.

A first-block Christopher Drive man reported Tuesday afternoon someone went through his vehicle and stole an iPod.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to 870 W. Market St. Monday afternoon for a false alarm.
