Nancy J. Phillips, 56, of Willard, died Saturday, June 16, 2012, at her home.
She was born July 25, 1955, in Willard to Jerome and Ann Phillips.
She is survived by her husband, Richard "Rick" Phillips, whom she married April 17, 1982; five children, Randy (Katie) Phillips of Columbus, Greg Phillips of Perrysburg, and Julie, Nathan and Maria Phillips of Willard, her mother, Ann T. (Weithman) Phillips of New Washington; a sister, Patricia (Timothy) Mantey of Marion; and three brothers, Lou Phillips of Mansfield, Dr. Nicholas (Elizabeth) Phillips of Galion and Daniel (Lisa) Phillips of New Washington.
She is preceded in death by her father, Jerome A. "Jerry" Phillips.
Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, at Secor Funeral Home in Willard. A funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Gaspar del Bufalo Church in Bellevue, with Father Paul Fahrbach, Father Alfred Camp and Father Frederick Schill officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Sebastian Catholic Cemetery in Bismark.
