Sharon Tyree, 59, of Tiffin, passed away at 6:47 a.m., Friday, June 15, 2012, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.
Sharon was born Sept. 10, 1952, in Whitesburg, Ky., to Tommy and Mattie (Thomas) Taylor. She married Larry Delbert Tyree in Clintwood, Va., Nov. 26, 1969, and he survives in Tiffin.
Sharon is also survived by her two children, Kimberly Jones of Clarksville, Tenn., and Robert Tyree of Findlay; nine grandchildren; two brothers, Robert Taylor of Wampum, Pa., and Charles Taylor of Auburn, Ind.; and two sisters, JoElla Sturgill of Carey and Madonna Whipple of Wolcottville, Ind.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Larry Duane Tyree; and a brother, David Taylor.
Sharon was a homemaker and a member of the Tiffin Eagles. She attended Carey Freewill Baptist Church, and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and caregiver to the whole community.
A memorial service is 1 p.m., Monday, June 18, at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home and Crematory in Tiffin, with the Rev. Paul Tyree officiating.
Visitation for family and friends is also Monday, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Carey Freewill Baptist Church Ladies Auxiliary, or to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.
