Stella P. Hook, 88, of Fostoria, died Friday afternoon, June 15, 2012, at Fostoria Community Hospital.
She was born Jan. 11, 1924, in Rockwood, Tenn., to John and Alice (Givens) Davis. She married Ralph Hook, and he preceded her in death.
Surviving Stella are two sons, Robert Davis and Rick Hook both of Fostoria; a daughter, Kathryn Hook of Fostoria; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son, Donald Hook; and two daughters, Peggy Hook-Pierce and Marsha Hook-Andrzejewski.
Stella was a homemaker and attended several area churches over the years. She loved Christian music, cooking and her two dogs, Kizzy and Cricket. Stella was a grandmother to many.
Her funeral is 1 p.m. Monday June 18, 2012, at 1 p.m. at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, 301 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, with Pastor Terry Steinhauer officiating. Burial will follow at Fountain Cemetery, Fostoria.
Visitation will be two hours prior to the funeral Monday at the funeral home.
