Tiffin reports

Andrew J. Nelson, 25, of Findlay, was charged with theft Wednesday.

A first-block St. Clair Street man reported Thursday night his roommate assaulted him.

A 300-block Circular Street woman reported early Friday morning cash was taken from her vehicle.

A 200-block Wentz Street woman reported early Friday morning she heard someone attempt to open her door.

Nick S. Rohrs, 36, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to obey a traffic control device early Friday morning.

A vehicle in the 400 block of Hedges Street was reported entered Friday morning.

A 400-block Circular Street person reported a TV was stolen from an outdoor cabinet Friday morning.

A 200-block Melmore Street man reported Friday morning vehicles in his garage were entered overnight. A 300-block Melmore Street person also reported a vehicle was entered.

A first-block Shaffer Park Drive person went to the station Friday morning to report a fraud.

A vehicle in the 400 block of South Washington Street was reported entered Friday afternoon. A bat bag was stolen.

A first-block Mohawk Street person went to the station Friday afternoon to report a fraud.

County reports

Chad S. Depinet, 37, Fostoria, was charged with open container and a vehicle operation violation Wednesday.

Keith H. O'brien, 35, of Attica, was charged with drug possession Thursday.

A 3000-block West TR 158 woman reported early Friday morning she was being stalked by an 80-year-old man.

A break-in was reported Friday morning in the 200 block of State Street. Another 200-block State Street person also reported a break-in. There, money was taken from a purse.

Fostoria reports

A fight was reported early Friday morning in the 400 block of Stadium Drive.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to 263 W. Crocker St. for a gas odor Thursday night.

Firefighters were called to 501 Van Buren St. Friday morning for a compressor and air conditioner unit that shorted out, causing smoke in the building.

County fire

Bascom firefighters were called to Poplar Street Wednesday night for a mattress that was burning.
